Organic Curation report - Week 11 , 24

[leo-curation]

Hello Lions! As you know, we are focusing a lot of resources into making our curation a vital part of InLeo's growth with a long term mindset, and to do so we want to encourage Lions to compose top notch publications on InLeo and reward quality in our platform.

Long Form posting is part of the core of InLeo which is why we've decentralized curation to a point where we have ten different Lion curators finding amazing articles on leofinance.io on a daily basis.

Quality is subjective, but we've come up with a series of metrics or parameters to increase the chances of one of your posts getting picked by one of our curators

Transparency is vital for Leo, so this is our process for Organic curation:

1- Our curators will browse InLeo and find amazing pieces.

2- The curator drops the link to the post in the Organic curation channel on the InLeo discord server.

3- Another curator will assess the post vs our curation metrics in the post linked above and will determine the % of the vote based on this.

Manual curation

We want to give everyone publishing on InLeo a fair chance of getting curated, so as long as a Lion creates amazing content on a regular basis, odds are one of our curators will eventually find one of these top quality articles.

Quality my be subjective, but voting is always an objective resolution. It is true that for the want of resources not everyone's desire/expectations can be fulfilled.

I am really grateful to you that some of my publications have been picked up by the esteemed curators. It may sound easy, but I know the position of curators is not easy.

Therefore whenever we write something and engage in Leothreads we should speak out our hearts, there should be a romance in content creation regardless of reward.

People may say tokenization is good, but I personally belive that reward and romance of content constitute a dichotomy at so many instances, it could be a contentious topic, bt that's my individual opinion. It is very difficult to give up the expectation, but trust me, try giving up expectation for a month at least, you will explore a whole different being in yourself in this space.

Just make sure u r speaking ur heart and giving ur best, think this place as if u r writing in FB where u dont care about rewards or reward mechanism does not exist. And please dont compare the rewards, because reward is also a kind of karmic accounts, where karma delivers the payment of unpaid work of the past.
