Are you thinking what am thinking... I guess not.
Not that kind of boss u think.
The boss here is an acronym
B: busy
O: over
O: somebody's
S: success
Until you figure out a way to your financial freedom, you are bound to remain a boss. You get a descent job at your vibrant age after graduation, you put all your best at your work, you live a one sided type of life, you get paid some months and some months your payment is delayed, you make simple mistake and your salary will be deducted or you get retrenched. Your life is controlled like a remote. Your salary is fixed you can't live above that, you keep managing life.
You should know that you have just propelled someone else to success.
No Boss wants you to be successful
The day you buy a house or own the latest car your boss will kick you out like you have stolen his money to make a good living.
Even if you escape mistakes and you work from your youth age to your retirement age. What will be your reward? Can this reward take care of the remaining days of your life? Why be a boss when you have a brain, you have strength and you can work out your own way to financial success.
Life is a choice though, but if I where you I will make the right choice and choose not to be a boss and be the real boss of my own.
The truth is you have all it takes to be successful. You are on earth for a mission. If earth does not need you, heaven wouldn't have sent you.
Move out of your comfort zone and become solution to the world.
