I can't imagine my life without the Internet. It's become such an integral part of my life that I can't even imagine going back to a time when it didn't exist. I use it for everything from keeping in touch with friends and family, to getting my news and entertainment, to shopping and managing my finances.
Living without the Internet would be a huge adjustment. I would have to find other ways to stay in touch with my loved ones, which would probably mean spending a lot more time on the phone or writing letters. I would also have to find other sources of entertainment and information. This would mean going back to basics like reading newspapers and books, and watching television.
Shopping would be a whole other adventure without the Internet. I would have to venture out to brick and mortar stores to do my shopping, which would take a lot more time and effort. I would also have to be more careful about what I buy, since I wouldn't be able to do any research online.
