Hello Steemit
So excited to join, post and earn on this new platform Steemit.
I actually joined last month but this is a formal introduction.
My name is Albert Woolridge, even though I am 52 years old, I have only been awakened for over two years. It's sort of feels like my life just started.
I LIVE IN PARADISE
This is my home, BERMUDA. It's about 700 miles from the US, 2.5hr traveling by plane ✈️. 65000 thousand populatated, 21 miles long, 6 miles wide. People vacation where I live and I appreciate this little island every day. It truly is another world here.
OVER TWO YEARS AGO I STARTED MY JOURNEY
So a little over 2 years is when things just didn't seem right. (I will write about another time) I lost everything that I thought I needed. I was at my lowers point, everything was bad in my perception of the world and I knew I had to make a change.

Let's just say i was ready to awaken.
After watching that vid over and over my perception of myself and the world changed. I know longer was a believer, I became a person of knowing.
WHAT DO I LIKE TO DO
I start my day off by pumping iron in the gym, then I have clients I have to train. Also I just got started investing a Crytocurrencies which is pretty exciting witnessing this change in the way we use currency. (More about that later).

Hey! Welcome to Steemit. That's a beautiful place. What are the firearm laws there? Can you carry a weapon to defend yourself? I know it is a small and peaceful place, but I like to stay prepared. You're in great shape for your age. I just turned 45 yesterday, and you make me look like a total slacker. I'm in decent shape though! haha
In addition to being a residential security expert, I'm also a private investigator. People watching is a passion of mine. One of the things I do is look through intro posts for new accounts that show promise. Yours does!
There are a ton of other webpages to help you with Steemit. Here are some of the best for beginners:
https://steemd.com/ (This site is used to keep track of your voting power and other stats. You do not want to run out of voting power, and you only get so much per day. I keep my voting power around 80% for example.)
https://steem.makerwannabe.com/ (This site will tell you who follows you, who unfollows you, and who mutes you. It is great for meeting new people too. I regularly check it to see who has followed me to see if I should follow them back.)
https://steemit.chat/ (This site is the official chat webpage for Steemit. There are Discord channels too, but I usually stick to the official site. Come in to network and meet new friends. You can directly message people there too, so it makes it easier to communicate with your closest friends.)
Oh yeah, there are a lot of bots on here. If you see a cookie cutter reply, especially to your intro post, it is almost certainly a bot. Check the account's reputation. If it is low, I would recommend just ignoring them. Everything is public on Steemit, so you can go look at an account's comments and replies. Are they all the same? It's a bot.
Adding photos to your account as a new Steemian may be confusing at first too. The easiest way it to click to "Submit a Story." Once in there, use the built in Steemit tool to upload an image from your computer. Below the posting window, you will see "Insert images by dragging & dropping, pasting from the clipboard, or by selecting them." Click on the blue text. Once the image is uploaded, you can copy and paste the link into your account settings.

The island is pretty strict on firearms but not sure the law on carrying.
I used to compete when I was living in FL, my last show was in 2001 Southern States lol
