Este año he decidido emprender nuevos retos en mi vida: mejorar mi estado físico para correr la marginal a noite 2019 en Oeiras (Portugal), aprender un nuevo idioma y el más reciente, crear un blog. Este último objetivo fue producto del entusiasmo de un amigo por Steemit, de mi curiosidad por entender más acerca de la co-construcción del conocimiento en redes sociales y de la posibilidad de recibir recompensas económicas por compartir tus ideas con otros.
Soy médica patóloga y actualmente curso un Doctorado en Ciencias Biomédicas. Me apasiona entender y diagnosticar las enfermedades; así como, todo lo relacionado con las células madre mesenquimales. Pero tranquilos, ¡en mi vida no todo es ciencia!, también me gusta bailar, escuchar música, ir al cine, hacer nuevos amigos y viajar.
Hasta el año pasado había tenido la oportunidad de conocer algunos países de América, pero desde febrero de 2019 estoy viviendo en Portugal. Es la primera vez que visito Europa y aprovecharé los siguientes 4 meses de mi estancia al máximo. En mis próximas notas les estaré comentando sobre esta experiencia.
Les dejo una foto de una de mis aventuras en Portugal… una acompañada de viento fuerte, algo de lluvia y mucho frío; sin embargo, no dejó de ser emocionante estar en el punto más occidental de Europa continental llamado Cabo da Roca.
