I'm that kind of person who always looks up to challenge myself, boom here comes the 30 day Hive challenge and I can't wait to offer my best during this!
**Who's writing this? **
My name is Caleb Gashema a Ugandan made in Nakasongola (home district, haha). Have you heard of it before? Well check out the map of Uganda it's at the exact centre. I'm still a student at Makerere University still trying to figure out how to attack our economy as you'll know it (that's a story for another day).
Why take up this challenge?
I'm that kind of person who always wants to speak out my mind but because I love technology and it's innovations that come along with it and it's unstoppable btw of the introvert personality (nature) in me, I find it difficult. I don't easily socialize with people, for that reason I keep calm of myself. So this is a great opportunity to jot out my ideas down and by the way this will act like my dairy.
The other reason is; I want to practice writing--in Curriculum development (a course unit I do) it's referred to as 'Hands on'; so that I can perfect it to the maximum. This is my first article ever, haha and I'm not looking back.
It will be my pleasure if I connect with other people on the Hive blockchain to get other communities I belong to.
By the way there's a challenge I'm pushing on Twitter and still got the idea from Jarau Moses' whatsapp status. I don't know whether he recalls it. I'm posting some funny tweets on a daily basis though basically not educative but I make it a point to post everyday.
How I came to know about Hive?
I'm not well versed about Hive and the opportunities available but with time I believe everything will be in my reach.
I would like to take this opportunity to give a big shout out to the man himself; who likes drinking and posting memes all day (joking though), a man of passion, courage and intelligence. That's none other than Jarau Moses. I'm proud of you man. I came to know about him from a Whatsapp group, interacted and boom now we're online friends.
My first encounter with Hive was last year still it was a blog from @jaraumoses about how he wanted to make a million dollar in crypto, hahaa. It sounds insane, crazy and impossible but we're the one to build, prepare and invest in the future. We can create all this fortune for ourselves, children and grands.
**What I'm interested in? **
I'm ready to put in all I can right from technology, blockchain, cryptocurrency and trading. Besides that I'll do blogs about farming and sports coz that's my other hobby plus any other stuff that comes to my mind after a drink like Jarua does, hehe.
Anxiety is trying to fill me up as I'm writing this about how I'll come to fulfill all that above but guess what I'm going against all odds, make a lot of research, reading and many more that is necessary.
After uploading this post I'm celebrating because it's milestone hit and a dream come true. I'm off to prepare for the forth coming exams at Uni.
