Hot-Cakes de avena

Hola amigos hoy este día es traigo los hot-cakes de avena con plátanos además de que te dan una fuente de carbohidratos, también te dan proteína ya que también llevan dos huevos.

Es simple el procedimiento solo se llevan dos pasos, buen empezemos.

  • Se necesitaran dos huevos de los cuales uno entero y el otro la pura clara.

  • Un plátano

  • Una taza de leche

  • Una taza de avena
    images (5).jpeg

Bueno empezemos los cuatro ingredientes se meten a la licuadora, aproximadamente la porción será para unos 4 o 5 Hot-Cakes una vez se añade la mezcla al darte y se cuida como un Hot-Cakes normal.
