City gal is just a nickname for the Fulica species since they are the ones you'd find almost everywhere.
These are still small, probably 2 to 3 months old and having 5 whorls. They usually grow to have aroud 7 to 9 whorls when fully matured.

Wow, I never knew it has whorls, now I'm wondering if I even went to school 😏 but I'm happy I know it now, it's never too late to learn.
