Receive a cordial greeting from me, my name is Jose Carlos Polanco Fuentes, I am 19 years old, I am from Venezuela, currently a student of the Systems Engineering degree at the Bicentennial University of Aragua. I am a lover of sports specifically of soccer, I like the culinary arts very much and most of all I practice them, I consider that a good meal is part of a good day. I am a very simple and honest person with the people that are around me, I like to spend quality time with my friends and have a good story to tell with every moment I live with them. I consider myself a person full of expectations who always think of a prosperous future for himself, the importance of setting goals and wanting to be better, is what gives meaning and direction to the life of any human being.
I have always believed that the person who brought us to the world is the strongest pillar of each person, that is why I give thanks all the time for having a mother who has given me everything. I have learned to move forward. Sadly at an early age I lost my father in a traffic accident, several years have passed since that tragedy and we still wonder how that man so loved and respected could no longer be among us. I have two or three memories of the engravings in my mind, I would have liked to know better !. At first, my innocence did not make me understand very well what had happened, but with the passage of time it was not so difficult for me to understand and certain questions found their answer. It was thanks to the support of family members and people that today I can say that I am an integrated person, healthy and educated in values.
From a very young age I have been a great fan and lover of football, at an early age I began to play in sports, and thanks to that I was able to meet people who played an important role in my life. For a long time I was sharing moments of great pleasure as much as for me as for them, since like me those people who were around me also enjoyed that beautiful sport.
Many people think is simply to go and run behind a ball, the truth is that it is much more complex than that. It requires a lot of dedication, respect, companionship and above all a lot of discipline. They are values that throughout life serve to be a better person. That is why in each match and each training we were trained to be not only a fit athlete, but we also instilled values to take attitudes worthy of an athlete and a high level citizen.
All these moments lived thanks to this sport were the best of my life and would give anything to live again each one of them.
It is important to perform activities that benefit you as well as personal and economic. I had the opportunity to learn in the area of automotive mechanics, thanks to specialists who have been training me. Nowadays, thanks to this ingrained knowledge, I get economic benefits and I learn satisfactorily because as an area linked to one of the branches of engineering it is interesting to observe how the calculation and the pressure of physical and chemical measurements cause several objects to work in synchrony.
On the other hand, exercise, practicing a sport and healthy eating can make a difference in the life of a healthy individual mentally and physically. Physical activities play an important role in my life, for me it has not only been a hobby but it has also become a habit, since I was a child I was physically active and today the advantages of that are noticed in my life. day to day. On the other hand and as a complement to this, good nutrition is also part of my lifestyle, therefore my interest and my taste for the culinary arts are always present, whether it is experimenting in my kitchen or tasting exquisite dishes.
