My name is Jon, I am 20 years young and I come from Slovenia (the little chicken shaped country next to Italy). I work part-time as a travel promotor and animator for high school graduation trips to Montenegro, Spain and Greece, which I absolutely love doing, but this is only a part of me.

First and foremost, I'm a very physically active person. Whether it's being in the gym every day in the winter, riding my motorcycle daily in the summer or just going for a quick swim at the local water-park with friends, I am always doing something. I love setting myself challenges which force me to improve myself. They make me push harder, which brings even more joy when success does finally come (I don't give up until it does).
But, for me to reach these goals, be it benching 80kg for 8repetitions, or being able to wheelie my motorcycle for 1kilometer, along with consistency, most of all, rest is required. After all, we know that muscles tear and they need rest to repair themselves and become stronger.
(on this day, I scraped the rear fender for the first time hehe)
It is when I come home exhausted, that I love to go on the internet and pursue information. It gives me something to think about before I go to sleep. Today I could be figuring out how a 2-stroke motorcycle engine could be improved, tomorrow I'll be reading on how bitcoin was created. I have yet to figure out why such un-related topics interest me, I just know they do.
It was last week, when I was applying for my study of architecture in the country's capital city of Ljubljana, that I came across steemit. Wanting to be ''in'' on the action regarding cryptocurrency for as long as I can remember, but never having any spare euros to invest, steemit was exactly what I was looking for. A platform which shares information, involves socialising, creates value and brings challenges regarding account growth. Awesome.

So, since I've been bitten by the steemit bug, and it's summer holidays for the next 3months, as you can imagine, I've been scrolling throughout steemit daily. I have posted a few a bit more philosophical-ish posts, so feel free to check them out and tell me what you think, but for the next few posts I will try and focus a bit more on travel and sharing the story of how I improved my motorcycle, which is still a work-in-progress.

Regarding crypto , I would advise you remain in school and study , finish the university and have this as an extra in your spare time.
Money will buy you a lot of things but knowledge is not one of them .
