I'm Rody, from Malta, a small island in the middle of the Mediterranean. I have some cool stories to share with you!
First off, thanks to @martibis who introduced me to steemit. I'm thrilled to be part of this community.
I primarily started blogging about recipes and pride myself in using "clean" ingredients, that is, no processed foods. I later learned that I enjoy snapping travel and nature pictures and I enjoy posting these on Instagram. Coupled with my love for nature, I enjoy rock climbing, free diving and skydiving. I trust you will find my varied posts interesting.
Food
Ever heard the word food porn? I love creating aesthetically pleasing plates that will make you drool. I share my recipes on my blog but will now also be sharing them on steemit.
My recipes are made from whole foods so vegans or celiacs will enjoy my recipes since most of the time my recipes are also vegan and gluten-free. My favourite cooking style is Paleo, that is, cave man diet, which uses natural foods and avoids wheat and gluten, refined sugar and dairy.

Raw chocolate truffles

Dehydrated watermelon
I just think this picture is just too cute, even though dehydrated watermelon is not the first thing on your mind.
Strawberry Cheesecake
This cheesecake is raw, vegan and paleo but hey, no one noticed. The top tastes like ice cream. Recipe here.
Plain egg on nut bread

Carrot cake
This cake was a true hit because it is actually made from real carrots :) Other ingredients include pineapple and ginger. Recipe here.
Flank steak
Nothing beats a good piece of good meat if you are not vegan.
Travel
I love capturing and sharing moments from around the world.
Malta - My home country
I love secret spots, away from the madness and in the sun!
The Philippines
This is my favourite holiday destination for beaches and island life. I love the Philippines and would like to dedicate a post to it.
Sports
Together with my Fiance @theislander, I love seeing the world from a different angle. We indulge ourselves in many outdoor sports, mostly rock climbing, sky diving, and free diving.

Hi @lpv, thank you for the welcome :) we love to travel to new places, Europe is one of our easy going places since we are so close and there are soo many places to explore. In fact, we go to cities on for shopping not to see architecture. We love to see mountains and nature so that is where you will find me and my fiance @theislander
