Nice video. Good luck with ALS, I had never heard of it and just did a search.

is a progressive neurodegenerative disease that affects nerve cells in the brain and the spinal cord

Sounds similar to what happens with my MS but more focused on muscles if I understand right?

You seem to have a really positive attitude towards it. My hat off to you Sir

Thanks so much gmuxx. yeah it has a ton of similarities to MS actually. Both conditions have excitotoxicity going on and are degenerative, but my understanding is that MS is much more possible to manage as far as progression goes. ALS for me thus far has been pretty constant in its progression and I have been steadily losing function as a result for the last few years. But at the same time I really am learning a lot and I'm a better person now than I would have been had I not gone through this challenge. When you don't know how long you have to live all the sudden life seems to matter more!

These things put your life into perspective, you realise what is and isn't important. I commend your attitude to it.

Thanks again my friend. I wish you the best of luck with MS as well. It seems like we are currently making leaps and bounds in the understanding of conditions like these, and there are lots of opportunities popping up. Here's to finding health solutions!

Amen, best of luck my friend

hey @groundrising awesome video :)
I hope you are going well. Have not seen you here for some time. :)

Hey groundrising! Your video is touching! I connected with you about a month ago when you liked one of my posts. I have to tell you that I admire your courage, your outlook on life, and your authentic way of telling your story. You are a beautiful man who has a lot to offer. You radiate love for life and a presence to what is there, simply accepting the circumstances for what they are while looking for all the other reasons for being grateful. SO Beautiful!!

I send you a lot of love and appreciation for who you are and how you are able to share such a sobering reality whilst maintaining a spirit of kindness and generosity.

Thank you...
