Introduction post

Hiiiiiiii everyone!
Flo here and I am new to Steemit, sharing my yoga & health steem.

I have been studying and teaching yoga & meditation since 2010. From 2012-2016, I lived and worked in Asia (Jeju island in South Korea & Singapore), immersing myself in different cultures and making it my mission to help people feel good and transformed through the practice of yoga.

In August 2016 I moved to Milan, Italy where I've been teaching yoga classes and building a strong & loving yoga community. Besides teaching yoga, I love cooking healthy & delicious vegetarian food, traveling and spending time in nature.

At the moment, I am on a campervan trip (yep! living inside a tiny house on wheels) discovering the beautiful Gran Canaria, from where I am writing this introduction post. This journey has taught me so much about embracing a minimalist lifestyle and most importantly, about our brilliant ability to adapt and thrive, no matter what the conditions are. Here are some picture from this incredible and diverse island, full of ocean, sand dunes, mountain ranges, ancient volcano craters and the loveliest of people!

I hope to find some inspiration in the Steemit community and of course, I am excited to share my spark and joy for life with you all!

Thank you! I never had a dull moment in Korea :) I will certainly write about Jeju Island where I lived for 9 months. Unfortunately I did not explore the mainland much.
