活動量計を導入してみました--I introduced an activity meter

健康が気になる歳なので、脈拍と歩数、睡眠時間が測れるものを以前は使っていたのですが、ベルトが壊れたのと、無限充電ー放電ループの故障で、しばらく使っていませんでした。
今回は、上記機能に加えて、血圧が測れるものが見つかったので、入手してみました。

当然、電話やLINE通話の着信通知も連絡先に登録されている名前が表示されます。
iPhoneを机の上に置いたままベッドに寝転がっていても手元に通知が来るので見落としがなくなりました。

肝心な血圧ですが精度は医療用の血圧計ほど正確ではないと説明書にも書いてありますが、なによりも血圧計をわざわざ取り出してきて装着する手間が省けることと、寝ている間に自動で測定してくれる（値そのものよりも変動していることを知ることが重要）のが何よりもありがたいです。
あとは防水も対応していますので、洗物をするときはもちろん、風呂に入るときもそのままでOKです。
