Today’s verse is a reminder of the Lords compassion. Parents have a tough job. While it is easier to give a child what he or she wants, a good parent knows that children must learn. Parents know a lot more than a child and hopefully see the big picture.
In the same way, or Father in heaven knows all and sees all. Just like the good parent, He knows that we need to learn. The experiences that he had put in our lives are for the good of everyone. It can be hard for us to comprehend, for we only understand what we know.
Trust in the Lord for he is loving and compassionate.
