People are lucky who have good working environment and tension free job. Generally if we have cool boss and good colleagues then we never thought for searching for new job. Presently I am working under my boss who is very cool and he controls everybody with smile. I have not seen this type of boss in my career. Presently there is always tension for management because they have to search for new projects and maintain employees, providing good increments. In private jobs this is common. Recently many companies removing employees because they don’t have new projects.
In some of companies I have seen many internal politics in employees and in some cases hardworking employees will also not get good results for their efforts. Some people unable to communicate what they have done so they don’t get noticed by management. Some companies harass employees for giving leaves.
