As promised in our proposal, we will post weekly updates to let you know what's going on regarding Keychain development.
Keychain extension
I basically focused on clearing the opened issues and PR and spent more time on the mobile App this week:
- Resolved issue #60 ( wrong message after upvoting proposals)
- Closed issue #62 (Cannot reproduce the issue, OP neither)
- Reviewed, fixed and accepted PR #61 by @arcange. Thanks to his contribution, before transferring to Bittrex, the availability of deposits will be checked.
The settings menu starts to be quite overwhelming, so Ill move part of the features in an Advance Settings menu.
Mobile App
On the mobile App:
- Fetching and displaying RC mana information
- Let users add multiple accounts via the account picker
- I then realized I had an issue where biometrics (fingerprint for example) were asked multiple times when unlocking the wallet. I had to spend some time to better understand
react-native-keychain(the library used for secure storage) and refactor the way we save account information on the App. - Also updated dependencies to solve some security risks.
I plan to add the account value, holdings details and transaction history in the coming weeks.
