Ingredients
250 gr chakra flour
1/2 dragon fruit puree with spoon
1 tsp of instant yeast
3 tbsp sugar
50 gr margarine
1 tbsp milk powder
1 btr egg
50 ml warm water (kurleb) (extra sy)

Step
Blend the dragon fruit

Add flour and other ingredients besides water. Knead until blended. If it is too dry, add a little warm water and knead until smooth. Cover with plastic / clean napkin, leave to expand 2x. Tpi has too much gyro s soy dough. Gpp .. keep resuming.

Kempiskan dough, to taste 40-50 grams. Spread the layout on a flat pan with wheat flour so that it is not sticky. Close the plastic again and let stand for 20 minutes.

Heat oil, then reduce the heat. The oil is 1/2 of the height of the donut so that it can be white ring. Make a hole in the donut, with the index finger and rotate it in the oil with the help of chopsticks. After the golden bottom, turn around the donut. Just once back so as not to absorb the oil. Lift and ready to serve
