안녕하세요 ! @solioquist 입니다. 오늘은 야심한 밤에 스팀잇 유저분들의 침샘을 마구 자극할 먹스팀을 준비해 보았습니다 !
Do you know what kind of food is this? This is 'Lamb skewer'. It's the famous Chinese street-food. This is made by putting several pieces of lamb meat on skewer. The taste of meat is very clean and taste of lamb skewer is enhanced by combination with spice named 'Tsuran'.
이게 무엇인지 아시나요? 이것은 바로 양꼬치입니다. 중국의 대표적인 길거리 음식으로, 꼬챙이에 양고기 덩어리를 여러개 꿰어서 만든 꼬치음식입니다. 서양인들에게는 생소한 음식일 수도 있는데, 고기가 매우 고소하고 고기에 찍어먹는 '쯔란' 이라는 향신료와 어우러지면 그 맛이 일품입니다.
I was devoting to roast the meat haha(Lol) The restaurant I visited today had to roast meat by myself. But nowadays restaurants are equipped with automatic grilling machines.
심혈을 기울여 양꼬치를 굽고 있는 제 모습입니다 ㅎㅎ 앞면 뒷면 고루고루 익혀줘야 고기가 더욱 맛이 있겠죠 ~? 오늘 제가 간 곳은 손으로 직접 꼬치를 뒤집어서 구워야 했어요. 하지만 요즘 양꼬치 가게들은 대부분 기계가 자동으로 꼬치를 구워주더라구요 ~
Qingdao beer is the best partner of lamb skewer ! In korea, Everybody knows that the combination of Qingdao beer and lamb skewer is fantastic. SNL Korea's actor, Jung Sang-hoon, performed 'lamb skewer&qingdao' character, promote and made more famous of its combination. I also ordered a Chinese traditional food named 'Sweet and Sour Pork'.
양꼬치엔 또 칭따오 맥주가 빠질 수 없죠 ! 원래 두 음식이 궁합이 좋기로 소문나있고, SNL에서 정상훈씨가 '양꼬치엔칭따오' 캐릭터로 두 음식의 조합을 홍보하는데 톡톡히 일조를 했습니다. 한국에선 모르는 사람이 없는 최강의 음식 조합 양꼬치엔 칭따오 ! 덕분에 더운 날씨도 까맣게 잊고 즐거운 시간 보냈습니다. 아 참, 양꼬치로는 배가 차질 않아서 중국식 탕수육 '꿔바로우' 도 한접시 했습니다 ^.^
