저도 참여해보고 싶지만 일단 대학생/대학원생만 참여가 가능합니다.
공모주제는 "부동산114의 빅데이터와 외부 개방 데이터(Open-API)를 활용한 부동산 시장 분석 및 REPS 업그레이드 방안" 입니다.
크게 2부문인데 하나는 '빅데이터를 활용한 부동산 시장 분석'이고 다른 하나는 'REPS의 신규 서비스 제안'입니다.
빅데이터를 활용한 부동산 시장 분석
- 부동산 시장의 최근 트렌드 및 전망
- 주택시장 경기국면 변화의 변동요인 분석
- 분양시장 리스크 관리를 위한 모니터링 지표
REPS의 신규 서비스 제안
- REPS 데이터 고도화 또는 시각화 서비스 방안
- 부동산과 타 분야 데이터의 융합 활용 방안
REPS는 부동산114가 만든 데이터베이스입니다.
