비가 온다고 했는데, 하늘은 맑고푸르러서 ...
그런데 정말 빗방울이 토독 토독ㅎㅎ
일기예보가 맞았네요!
뭉뚱하던 꽃 봉우리가 활짝 열렸어요.
괴기스럽기도 한 불가사리 모양의 sf영화 속에 나올 법한 요상이상한 꽃이 떡하니 화분 쥔장처럼...예쁘다고는 차마 말할 수 없고...!
네이버 검색해보니 스타팰리아라고 하네요.
대화서각보다는 스타팰리아 이쁜영어이름으로 불러줘야겠어요^^

커다란 꽃잎에 가느다란 털들로 덮여 있어서 화초가 아니었다면 아마도 독초로 오해받았을 듯 싶어요!

스타팰리아~란 꽃이름이 한국식 이름 '대화서각'보단 더 어울리는 것 같아요.
바나나선인장이라고 알고 있었는데...ㅎ 동양란 같은 이름이었어요.
