As far as I know Richard Heart had that one "small claim case" back in the day, which was a minor thing, it was the first case against spam mails as far as I remember, he promoted a product, its not a big crime, in a time where regulation around using email for promotion was not established.
He has said many times that he never scammed anyone and if you think he did, he would like you to show us the victim. So show us the victim if he is such a big scammer?
