Supreme Court Round 2 - This one was accepted for review!

Ok, so I have a very serious ongoing matter and a not serious parking ticket. I use a similar format of paper work for both. I issue an Affidavit of Status, Affidavit of Fact, Notice of Deficiencies and Irregularities as the base of my concerns with the legal system in both cases. I submit a Notice of Claim for the harm they are causing me while violating my rights.

Some of the comments to my posts are things like "You're some weird sovereign citizen aren't you?" Well, no, this actually isn't like that. It's commercial law. Affidavits and Notices are pretty standard legal documents. I'm just using them against the officials rather than being on the receiving end of them. See, I know they're powerful. Ever wonder why the state wins like 98% of the cases against the people? Well, they're using Affidavits and sworn statements while you're just blabbering in a courtroom. The Judge only hears real testimony and so you get slammed because your evidence and testimony isn't at the same level. You lose. This process is about fixing that. Correct your status first, and then correct your testimony. It's better to win!

I'm starting to use my methodology to count all the various ways they try to reduce my status, make untrue statements, and where they attempt to apply statutes or codes when no Contract exists that would bind me to them. Each time they call me names meant to reduce my status it's a 42 USC 1983 infraction and if you ever want to sue a government employee that's really one of the best ways to get redress for them violating your rights and committing crimes against you while they're acting like a government employee.

In the first matter I'm alleging Criminal Negligence by the judge leading to or enabling multiple felonies. In the traffic ticket I'm just mostly complaining my rights were violated.

The one where serious criminal allegations were made against a judge and I get "this Court cannot act on letters and the papers did not include any citation to the Pennsylvania Rules of Appellate Procedure." The one where I'm complaining that the parking ticket is violating my rights and they're all "This office will conduct an inquiry."

This to me looks like selective enforcement. If there are rules about the Appellate Procedure they aren't on the form that asks you to submit stuff.

Here's the form-

So, my brain says someone is covering for a judge because the basis of both of my complaints are the same set of documents.

Sort:

Recovered my hard drive and found my steem keys. Doing some rounds seeing who is still around. Nice to see you!

Why the hassle? I mean there's enough going on in crypto at the moment I can't keep up with anything.

I imagine it must be 10 times harder for you running so many businesses.

I think it's great when people actually fight back at obvious corrupt illegal actions by people meant to uphold the law. Hope you succeed and completely destroy them.

Thanks for updating! I have to say I’m not sure I’ve seen anyone go this particular route. In my own research (several years ago) most people did fall under the category of just shooting off their mouths rather than digging in and filing serious paperwork so I don’t think I’ve seen this before, at least not from this perspective. I really hope it works out for you and kicks the doors open for everyone going forward.

My biggest question regarding this topic is why aren’t there attorneys who specialize in this? I could see a taboo surrounding it, similar to cops not crossing the blue line even when an officer has committed a crime, but in this case you’d think there’d be an entire school of thought around correcting a problem of this magnitude. It’s the daddy of all arguments for people who get off by arguing. Why is it always people defending themselves when it comes to this?

what is for me incredible, is how fast the court reply to your requests in Pennsylvania. where I leave, would take weeks only to get an answer that documents were received...

Your recent posts made me realise that as a continental lawyer I do not understand your concerns and in what way your rights were reduced or limited. The realisation is about me being unable to relate to you. I'm pressed in molds of rules and conventions. I operate within them on a daily basis.
Maybe that's because there's some major difference in understanding what human, citizen rights are and at which point they are limited.

I'm interested to seeing how this stuff turns out for you longer term. It's pretty annoying when you are playing a rigged game isn't it? Probably not a coincidence most politicians are also lawyers.

I read this and absorbed like tiny pieces. What I got where affidavits are better than just blabbing in a courtroom and 42 USC 1983 is apparently some kind of legal magic spell.

@aggroed
I am Grateful that you are doing this and I am Grateful for Splinterlands !!
Keep on Pressing Forward !!

@aggroed you are a tough ass cracker the last of a dying breed...
