Hello everyone it's Mr.Crypto and today i will be giving my review on American Home Shield now recently we had an issue with our A/C and they sent a couple of technicians out to review everything and each time they come out they always talk about how they dislike the company. So we feel like they aren't giving us the best service. We have called multiple times and always get a service person located outside the united states and never actually in America. They also admitted that they don't actually have an office in Memphis, Tennessee when we asked to speak to a representative in the united states.

We have now been without A/C for a month and since they are not helping we will have to buy a new one costing a lot more. We are also going to cancel our service with them soon because they have caused a lot of anger and given us a rough time. I personally don't recommend you use them as your home warranty company. There company also has a thing in the contract to customers listing that you can't sue them. They also cancelled a request we had made without telling us until we called them a week later. Now we live down south and it gets really hot down here and sometimes it gets to 100 degrees in the house with no A/C and doing homework, work, and trying to sleep while sweating isn't fun. So that's why i had to leave this review. If any of yall could share this post it would really mean a lot as we want more users to know.
No a.c. is a hard thing to do, I feel you on that. Years ago I put little wall units as a back up, would you believe they kept the house under 80 degrees in the summer? Three small units and 3 fans blowing the cool air from the bedrooms into the other parts of the house. It helps having good insulation and giant oaks.

We have fans on but it still gets hot but luckily it's going to be cooler soon
