The late 1700s brought about a revolution unlike any other—the magical revolution. With this revolution, the United States never became the superpower it was destined to be, and Britain emerged as a dominant power on the world stage. The magical revolution changed the world, but not all of it was positive. Britain adopted a policy of isolationism, locking all magical technology within its borders, leaving the rest of the world to fend for itself.
The Opportunity of a Lifetime
In 1834, a unique opportunity presented itself to British magic dealers. After months of planning and preparation, I set off on an illegal adventure to the United States, smuggling bottles of elixirs and other magical concoctions across the ocean.
My risk paid off, and I soon found myself with a stash of money. I had achieved the American Dream without ever having to step foot in the United States.
