Congrats on the presentation! It takes multiple little building blocks to bring in no-coiners so you may be the voice that saves some of the people from your company.
Instead of large delegations, would you ever consider delegating small amounts (enough to eliminate RC issues) for small new users? We (SPORTS) put out a bounty last year to have a tool created that works with HiveOnBoard so that users can give small amoutns of stake (say 20HP) as new users sign up. The tool will automatically monitor accounts to remove the delegation if a user meets qualifying metrics (earns enough HP to not need a delegation.)

I turned off the one I had running for @sportstalksocial earlier. I'll install it again to make sure it's working after HF25. If it is it won't be bad.
