(Seoul = News 1) Reporter Kim Se-jeong = On the 16th, the lawmakers of the National Assembly called for a warning and legal action, saying, "The power of the people has damaged the reputation of fellow lawmakers through 'media play'. In response, Choo Mi-ae, chairman of the Judiciary Committee of the Democratic Party, decided to suspend the parliamentary audit for a while and hold an emergency meeting.
Park Eun-jung, a member of the National Assembly Innovation Party, said in a parliamentary audit of the Board of Audit and Inspection of the Judiciary Committee at the National Assembly, "We will continue the parliamentary inspection until the end of October, but I hope that the parliamentary inspection of the judiciary committee will not be politicized," adding, "Some members of the People's Power are damaging the reputation of the members of the Judiciary Committee, and my reputation is seriously damaged."
Representative Park said, "When I looked at the title of the morning conservative media, it was intended to say, 'Ruling party lawmakers are running around the Supreme Court to see the trial records,' and 'Ruling party lawmakers are running to see the Supreme Court's PC,'" adding, "There is no way that the report will be this way unless the people's power is informed."
"We didn't go to see the PC of the Supreme Court justice, but we decided to see the size of the office to increase the number of the Supreme Court justice, and we went to see how much space we need," he said. "When I saw why the expression 'trial record' came out, the People's Power lawmaker went on the air today and said, 'I will see the trial record.' This is a media play on the part of the people's power."
At the same time, he asked Chairman Chu to "not defame the same fellow judicial commissioner, but warn him about it."
People's Power lawmakers strongly protested against Chairman Choo's giving Park a chance to speak, while Rep. Jang Kyung-tae of the Democratic Party said, "It is a clear defamation of the Judiciary Committee," adding, "We should demand an accurate report. Please appoint a lawyer by the resolution of the Judiciary Committee."
Chairman Choo said, "(On-site verification) was necessary to confirm whether such a floor space and expenses were necessary at the site because the necessary expenses for the increase of the Supreme Court justice amounted to 1.4 trillion won."
"Since suspicions were strongly raised that President Lee Jae-myung's repatriation of the Public Official Election Act was a ruling of interference in the presidential election, the Supreme Court justices reported 70,000 pages of records and asked to submit log files to check whether they had tried, but they refused, and the head of the court administration, who came out as a witness, went to the scene and needed scientific data because he repeated perjury in the Judiciary Committee," he said.
Chairman Choo said, "I express strong regret as the chairman to the members of the judiciary of the People's Power Negotiation Group who have continuously hindered the national audit, and warn you in advance that appropriate legal measures will be taken if the same thing happens again later."
When Na Kyung-won, a lawmaker of People's Power, complained, "How can such a dictatorship exist? Lower your voice. Don't you need a courtesy to the chairman? You need a courtesy to the chairman, don't you?," he said. "Even if you're a first-term lawmaker, you don't have to give a courtesy notice if you don't have any experience in society."
Chairman Choo decided to suspend the audit at 10:40 a.m. and hold an emergency meeting on Park's request.

The attitude of trying to block opponents through lies and media manipulation resembles that of a fraudster. In truth, these individuals have never changed.
They are not qualified to be politicians.
Unless they sincerely apologize and reflect on their past wrongdoings, and pledge to uphold democracy and the rule of law, I believe they should no longer have a place in our society.
Opposition forces will always exist, and our country's democracy will continue to be protected.
It's time to stop justifying them as a "necessary evil."
