At the first day of my office, the CEO of our company came to our internee's seminar room, called a small meeting. As he is the boss, so we were little scared . After starting the meeting he looked everyone and found scare on all of our face. Then he said with a little smile Smile cost nothing', 'Your smile make another feel comfortable to speak to you' .

Haha! @aaarif, I don't care what the CEO said about smiling, it is still very scary when he comes...haha! It depends why he has come I suppose...
But yes, I agree with the story that a smile is the best medicine for a tense situation...
