Good evening steemian friends all, how are you all? Tonight I want to talk about a more meaningful life.
Motivators often say that to make our lives more meaningful, we must look at the values of our lives. The error of the method of finding value, which often happens, is when we are taught to discover the values already in us, and then write them down to be remembered as guides in our lives.
So what is the value that exists within us? Make sure our main value is none other than worship, because there is no other purpose in our life except worship. And secondly, Whatever value we find, it must be ensured that it is appropriate or not contrary to Islamic values. The way to find out is that we have knowledge about adequate Islamic values or ask the scholars about our values.
So in determining the motivation in life we must ensure in accordance with the values of Islam, not our own values that are not necessarily Islamic. Even if there is a value that we get in our thinking, teachers, or other experts, make sure it's all not against Islamic values.
If we want to be happy, we also need to find out the noble purpose of our lives. What service should we do? Ultimately we will know, not wealth that makes us feel happy, but an awareness of our purpose in life.
Happiness is not something that can be searched for, but the goal we set first.
