Stinking everywhere is not a good thing, since we are filled with repulsion and shame to most people. Out of jokes, not bathing for a long period of time, can have great harmful consequences to health.
Several centuries ago I did not know that the lack of hygiene attracts a great variety of diseases, this is because people at that time bathed 2 to 4 times a month. That was in the past.
Now going back to the present and to the question of this post. After investigating more in the area of dermatology and asking my doctor, what will happen to our body if we stop bathing?
It is only one day of the last bath that shows us, the skin becomes a layer of fat that dies by dead cells, sweat and benign bacteria, which protect the skin against infections and keep it hydrated. This helps maintain balance.
The problem arises when the two weeks pass, since the smell is very strong and unpleasant. The bacteria that 'protect our skin' are now in every corner of our body and no longer help, they hurt. The dust and grime create an itch, from scratching the skin can become infected and bacteria can enter the bloodstream. The same happens with fungi and infections that can be found in the area of the armpits, fingers and legs, and they do, which can cause diseases such as scabies
Bathing too much is bad for your health?
- Why?
For the simple reason that we bathe with hot water, soap and harmful hard sponges the outer part of the epidermis, the stratum corneum. The more often it is done, the more it will damage the skin and it will cost to repair it. Do you remember the benign bacteria that care for your skin? Bathing often removes them, making the skin dry and the sea very prone to infections, like dirty skin
- What I do? I bathe or do I not bathe?
Obviously you must do it, it is recommended to do it 3 times a week. It can also be done every day, but taking into account these recommendations:
1. Try not to bathe with hard fencing sponges, you can use it but 3 to 4 times a week
2. Do not bathe with excess hot water
3. Always clean the areas that cause more odor, underarms, feet, genitals and the rear. The rest will clean the water
