The body is like a machine that has a limit of ability to perform activities. Just imagine when you use a washing machine overnight without a break. Surely the washing machine will be damaged or decreased level of productivity. Just like you, when your body is used without being balanced with rest, your body will send a sign that will greatly affect your productivity while working. If you have squeezed and spent a lot of energy and thought to give it a moment to rest because forcing a fatigued body will not benefit you. Let's identify 5 signs that your body needs rest.

1. Feeling tired for no apparent reason

While you are at work suddenly you fall asleep or when you wake up in the morning you feel tired and difficult to move. That means your body has signaled that you need time to rest. The body does have its own signal when you're tired and this can not be ignored just like that! If your body is very tired, this is a danger because it can reduce your productivity in the office. So when you start to feel tired there's nothing wrong with giving your body time to rest with a nap when there's a break in your office.

2. Easy to get sick

A little dizzy then a cold, this is one sign that your body needs rest! Body fatigue and easy to get sick is the main reason your body needs rest. What do you count, how many times have you been sick for no reason within a week? Pain without cause is a major signal, if you feel your body has given this signal, it's good to give time for your body to rest and consume multivitamins for your body can move as before.
