hahah sorry took a while to read this!! loved it!! You write so well, natural at this! :) Yeah i think its a good conclusion that its easier to say no to something rather than start a new habit! I wanna do yoga every day, but its hard! Giving up sugar was hard, but im surviving! love you loads!xx

Yeah, I'm seriously impressed with your resistance to sugar but you should try and stick to the yoga challenge one month! Love you too, haha x
