Clearing the external clutter is a great way to begin to clear the mind: We can experience the different levels of clarity between say when we are a room filled with all sorts of objects, with all sorts of memories attached to them and then say being on a wide open beach.

After a good de-clutter one begins to see more clearly ~ You can see even more of the things (internal and external) you don't need, so more of the clutter can be cleared. Once the process starts, life changes for you.
