Modern research shows that it is physiologically impossible to be simultaneously in a state of gratitude and fear. Thus, it is an antidote for our painful memories, anxiety and stress.
Fear is strong, but love and gratitude are even stronger.

Choice is a close relative of freedom. To not have options is to feel like in prison. Individuals like Viktor Frankl remained happy even in concentration camps, because they knew that they had inner freedom.

Personal power

This is some kind of internal force (similar to the character), which allows you to control your own emotions and destiny.

Personal power has two components:

Ability to take responsibility.
Performing actions aimed at changing the negative situation.
It must be understood that no one else is responsible for your life. You can not become happy by accepting only the help or advice of others.

Concentration on strengths

When we allow ourselves to be subjected to automatic reactions to fear, we focus on the weaknesses that only feed it. But if you choose the path of the intellect and the human spirit, start concentrating on your positive qualities - only in this way you can discard unnecessary emotions and begin to solve the problem.

Knowledge of the strengths and their development leads to happiness and fullness. This process is a lifetime, but if you start right now, then after a few weeks you will notice amazing results not only in professional, but also personal life.
