Hi guys, are you all enjoying the final arrival of Spring?!? Here in Berlin it seems that the city is coming back to life after the long cold winter months. Recently I realised that Spring is the best season for a good cocktail and a colourful salad. I have been searching for a nice combination of these two lately... The other day we came here to a very upbeat restaurant, which has a very typical Berlin vibe.
こんにちは、気温がぐっと上がりベルリンにも本格的な春が訪れました。最近気付いたのは、春は "淡いカクテル" と "色鮮やかなサラダ"の組み合わせが一番美味しい季節だということ。先日訪れたレストランでも、その絶妙な"カクテルと美しいサラダ"の組み合わせに出会ってしまいました。ここは、ベルリンらしい雰囲気がたっぷり漂うかなりかっこいい系のお店。
The name of the cocktail I went for was Blossom. The following ingredients couldn't have sounded more refreshing and appealing for a person who's currently in a rejuvenating Spring mood: Kettle One Vodka, Jasmine Tea Soda, Thyme and Chamomile Syrup, Lime Juice ... garnished with Dry Rose Petals. Brilliant. What a promising start of the night!

私が選んだカクテルの名前は Blossom、材料は、ウォッカ、ジャスミンティーソーダ、タイムとカモミールのシロップ、ライムジュース... そして、ガーニッシュは綺麗な濃いピンクのドライローズの花びら。バランス感覚が完璧です。Blossomブラッサム ... なんていい名前、、春陽気でふわふわした今の気分にぴったり! カクテルはこれでokなので、次は美しいサラダの話です。
