I saw an advertisement for a patch that you can wear on your chest that gives a tiny vibration when you face magnetic north, I could see something like that being a good feature for a wearable tech like google glass. That coupled with real time language translation, simple calculations (like calculating tips on a tab) and quick distance estimation/measuring, we stand on the brink of eliminating small tasks that when added up can eat a lot of time on a project.
I get excited and tend to ramble on the subject of wearable tech haha. anyway, great article!
