  • Foundational Teaching #13 - We were never meant to know evil.
    We were meant to KNOW... only GOOD. Genesis 1-4.
    When you know God... you only know good. FGFTR (FT#17).
    Christ says it this way, "There is only ONE who IS good.... and that is God alone."

In order to do/ be good... you gotta be plugged into the One who Is good.
In order to DO evil... you first have to KNOW evil.
Then... you gotta make a conscious decision... and no decision... IS... a decision.
The tree in the garden of Eden was named... the tree of the KNOWledge... of good and evil.
How can you do/ teach... what you do not know (FT#4)?

What repeatedly goes in the eyes and the ears .... comes out the mouth and the hands.
Good or bad...
Truth or lie....
Multiplied.
When you go to God... guess what you get? WISDOM... TRUTH.

    ---- This is why Jesus told His people... to beware of the teaching/ yeast of the P's and S's.
    Yeast leavens the lump.
    The lump doesn't leaven... the yeast. :-)
    God told Adam, he could eat from every tree in the garden... but one.
    He said, "The day you eat from it... is the day you die."
    It got INSIDE him.
    Evil destroys... God builds.
    Evil is death... God is life.

Disobedience to God results in death... in all five areas of life

This is the reason Eve did not recognize (perceive) the serpent for who he was.
When you have never seen evil... how do you recognize it?
This of course... is only secondary.
It was really about allegiance.
Who were they going to believe? Who were they going to OBEY...God... or satan?
It was a test.

In order to PROVE us... God let's satan tempt us (Matt. 4 & Luke 4.... it is repeated. FT#2).
In order to have freedom...we must have at least two options.... or it is not free will.
We must be allowed to choose.

So...when they ate... and the KNOWledge of good and evil went in them.... guess what came out?
Good and evil.
Their names? ... Cain and Abel... A mixture.
We were no longer pure.
What goes in... must come out.
Kinda like a cheeseburger... it's gotta come out... somewhere.

Cain had a chance to repent (change).
God asked him,"If you will do what is right... will you not also be accepted?"
But Cain did not ask, "How do I do what is right? Teach me. I WANT to do what is right."

Instead of changing, he chose to blame it on his brother... who had done nothing wrong.
That's what many people do.
When they start getting convicted, instead of change... all of a sudden, they decide they don't like the Teacher... and blame it on someone else.
I tell my people, "Don't use me... as your excuse to fail."
Man and wo-man have always passed the buck (Gen. 3:12-13).
I am guilty.

When you fail to follow instructions.... you fail.
When God speaks... the wise listen... and obey.
God has never taught me anything bad... only good.
Everything I learned that was bad... I learned from another man... or wo-man.
People give too much credit to satan.
he has been defeated... from the beginning.

The real problem/ culprit, after we have been given enough quality information to make a quality decision... is our choices.
My problem with the godless school system... is they do not give you BOTH sides... so you CAN make... a quality decision.
They only give you the failure side.

Adam lost the garden... because of choice.
HIS OWN.
Many don't like to hear this... because then they have to take responsibility for their choices/ actions.
They do not BELIEVE they will have to accept the rewards of them.
In other words... they call God and His Word a liar.

Mike Murdock says it like this, "Where you are,.... is a photograph of your decisions. The Bible is not a book about destiny. It is a book about.... decisions."

satan will never change, and to prove it... God will cast him into prison for 1000 years to prove to us... that evil cannot be rehabilitated.
Jesus will then set up His government for a thousand years to show us His way... and we will be able to see which one is better.

Only a few businesses will make it.
They will be refined like gold.
Those will be the ones who are already operating by His Word... prospering BECAUSE of His Word.
Those who are helping people to help other people... to help other people... etc.
All the rest, like weeds... will be burned up.

A good example -
What sub-category of "love your neighbor" does it fall under... when you sell them a bunch of cigarettes that has been proven to kill them?... Just to make a buck.
We don't sell cigarettes.... etc.
Our business was BUILT.... and structured off of the principles of the Bible.
All you gotta do is STUDY it... and the Word... to see that.
The Holy Spirit will do the rest.
I guess that is why so many have hated it... because they do not KNOW the Word... how God operates.

When satan is released from the abyss after the 1000 years... guess what he immediately starts doing?
Exactly what he was doing before.
Evil cannot be "fixed". FGFTR.
Evil must be REMOVED... FOREVER... and that is exactly what will happen in the end.

Evil always wants to... "TAKE OVER".
God is a jealous God.
He does not share His glory with satan... or with things that have been infected with satan.
This is why we have to die and be REBORN... and there will be a new heaven and new earth.... Revelation 19-22.

Things are winding down... like a top spinning.
Adam lived to be almost 1000 years old.
Most of us... barely see 80 (Psalm 90:10).
Now, we all have to die... except for two, Enoch and Elijah, because God took them. They were changed/translated instantly.
You have the rule... and then, you have the exception to the rule.

Many people are saying Christ is coming back and this is true, but just so you know, WHEN YOU DIE... Christ has already come back.... FOR YOU.
Or not....
Focus.
Ask God to open your eyes.

satan wants your absolute... total destruction.
Many are in complete agreement with him by their actions.
Because of this... satan is stomping their asses.

God wants you to have life... and life more abundantly.
Few are in agreement with Him... because they cannot do what they do not know.
In which of the five areas of life... do you want to have life and life more abundantly in?
In which areas do you want death in? Many are dead.... in them all.
It is a SPIRITUAL problem.
YOU... are the tie-breaker. Genesis 1-4... Who will you side with?
Life is short.
I hope... you choose wisely.
