With a few exceptions I learned most of what is valuable in life through self teaching, apprenticeships, and experience. If you need specialized training there are tons of options that don't involve sitting in rows and raising your hand to speak or ask permission to use the bathroom.
Intellectual growth begins at birth and ends... never.
Parents: home educate those children of yours. Vacate the indoctrination day camps.
