@senseicat this is a valuable post! Also, DHA derived from algae has some superior benefits to fish or vegetable based DHA and is used for brain health as algae based DHA can penitent the membrane (helps increase oxygenation and blood flow). Non-algae DHA does not. It helps with Alzheimer, dementia as well as treating post-concussion. I am not an expert but have been taking both Fish and Algae based omegas for years.
