The symptoms

Sometimes we feel tired or bored, most of the time this is due to the weight or pressure exerted on us by the amount of activities that are constantly increasing. How many times we have not ignored, consciously or unconsciously a pending issue for days, months and perhaps even years, but, one day we decided to do it, what happens after finalizing it ?, we asked ourselves, because it took so long to face it if it was so easy so easy?
The answer is simple: The error is not to establish priority, we begin with what is more pleasant or perhaps the least tedious, and what happens? that is still pending what is possibly more important and also has more time waiting for attention. This is where the "discipline" must enter the scene and what is the discipline? then: "do what you have to do, when you have to do it, you like it or not!" As it says in the popular slang "to the bad step haste!", we have to rise above the discomfort and leave that from a time, in this way we will continue with the others with greater fluency. If we become aware of this reality and assume the decision to reverse this situation, we will be planting the seed of the formation of new habits, and this will soon be bearing fruit by helping us to improve our personality, it is important to remember that we are all interconnected and when one changes, everything changes around us.
To help in the formation of good habits or to be able to modify existing ones, the motivation, the decision, the discipline and above all the strength of Will are essential.
The activities that we do over and over again in a repetitive way, are recorded in our sub-conscious memory and are installed as computer programs that become what we call "habits", once established there they become a natural part of our personality and of our behavior.
The habits once formed are manifested automatically, so they do not require attention or effort. This efficient mechanism allows the mind to free itself to learn other things.
We have to be willing to make a plan to tackle all pending issues and fully comply, in this way we will reaffirm the discipline as habit.
How are the habits formed?
An example to get a little closer to the understanding of this idea would be, something like that, when we learn to drive, at first, it becomes quite difficult, there are so many things to be aware of, the steering wheel, the gear lever, the brakes, rear-view mirrors, the road through which we transit, vehicles, motorcycles, traffic lights, passers-by. But, once we learn and develop the skill, we do it automatically.
The advantage of a habit is that it is automated, it does not even need to think, it is executed (without motivation, without doing so requires willpower).
The disadvantage is that some of these habits can be undesirable or harmful and repeating them over and over again can cause physical, mental, emotional and social damage.

If we manage to reduce the effort to carry out all those pending activities, through the formation of good habits, we will be promoting our well-being and improving our life.
Always remember: "If you do everything you have to do you will achieve everything you want to achieve!"
I suggest that you organize the pending tasks by distributing them in several lists to which you can establish their priority level, then in each of them it includes the most important issues in order of priority.
You must start the execution of the tasks with the highest priority list, and mark each of the tasks as you are doing them, in this way you will see that if it works, every time you mark an event as done, the pending amount will decrease , when you mark the last item on the list, it will be finished and you will be able to move forward with the next one.
You can do this, manually on a sheet of paper or if you are more into technology you can use a task manager, I recommend you use a free tool called:
with which you can more efficiently manage your time
