TRADITIONAL CAKE OF ACEH

Assalamualaikum STEEMIAN...!!! ๐Ÿ™‚
Alhamdhulilah yaa ... now culinary typical of Aceh began to be known and loved all over Indonesia. It is time for culinary culinary Aceh is endess bin top markotop. Not exaggerating or too proud of the ancestral land lho I say so, but try for those who have never tried the typical culinary Aceh. Try and feel alone and guaranteed you all will agree really if the typical culinary Aceh is indeed T.O.P B.G.T. ๐Ÿ˜‰

Eh but there is one thing that I think rada weird ya sahabats. Almost all the typical culinary Aceh is dominant spicy flavor and spices. If we know the people of Aceh is a hobby of cooking with spices and pedes are super nendang. Almost all Acehnese will admit that they do not like foods that taste sweet. Like the old brother when he first came to Java and had time to feel the stress even to the pain because it does not match the Javanese cuisine which is dominated by sweet taste. ๐Ÿ˜› Oddly in contrast to his cooking, almost all Aceh traditional cake is dominant sweet taste you know.

This cake is very unique shape lho sahabats. According to the story of the Keukarah have several forms depending on the origin of Aceh where hehehe. If I see that the shape looks like a half circle so deh.
This keukarah has a crunchy texture and crisp due to the frying process. It looks like a braid of tightly tangled mi noodles so when actually this cake is made from rice flour and sugar dough.
There are still many typical Aceh cake endess, sometime we continue to discuss it now that the writing is starting to drool so the writing must be stopped immediately before the flood hehehe.

If you go on holiday to Aceh do not forget yah cobain these traditional cakes. Do not let us just know the same muffins, pies, donuts, and other imported pastries when our traditional cakes are not less delicious. Must be proud and love culinary Indonesia yah guys.

boh usen cake is a traditional cake of aceh which is very make people make always want to taste it. it is made by stirring the flour mixture in the egg mixture and then stirring into a single dough, And how to make it is to put the coconut into the dough that has been in print like the moon that was in the blender subtle then inserted into the warmer machine. after that wait a few minutes so the mold expands. And the last stage lift the cookie cake that has been cooked, then good luck and enjoy it. !!! ๐Ÿ˜Š
