Don't deprive yourself of any kind of blissfulness. This is the ultimate order from God.
What is blissfulness?
Every creature is unique in character and so is every human being. Lion will always eat meat and this doesn't make him bad and a deer will always eat grass and this also doesn't make him holier than the lion. God has gifted every human being with specific talents, sometimes it seems socially acceptable and sometimes goes against the set rules of society.
Most of us are so scared of social pressure that we forget how to live happily. In our everyday life, we do most of the actions against our basic nature giving in to various customs, traditions, and desires. By suppressing our basic nature we fail to maximize our full potential. We need to realize that our basic nature is beautifully designed and intelligently planned by God himself and by denying our basic nature, we deny God's plan. We condemn God and we don’t even realize it. Realization of true potential and life's purpose followed by acceptance of God's will in it gives the state of Bliss and contentment, a combination of natural peacefulness and joyfulness.
Nothing is good, nothing is bad. You were here to be a part of the larger picture. So find your true self and act your given role in full spirit.

Trough the practice of ancient Indian wisdom of yoga and meditation. Or else , always listen to your heart. Trust your feelings. Your soul is the true guide of your destiny. Follow it.
