I couldn't have said it better myself. There are some exceptions to this, but they are few and far in between. Nadi is 13lbs? same size as Pepper! Our Molly is only a whopping 6 or 7 lbs. I won't touch that multi colored gem of a toy.. I need all my extremities for now at least. hehe. I think we have that same yellow duck toy. Let me go dig through the basket of toys and see....
