Great things come in shapes and sizes. Some even come in colorful boxes. Many times, the size of our gift box does keeps us anticipating and prognosticating. This, in turn, isn't good for our mental health as it limits us, depict us less-brilliant in all ramification. and most importantly, less the person we want to be.

This is true because, in a box, we are less effective, useful, and ultimately trapped. However, the bounds of the box limit us in seeing the best of ourselves respectfully.

The sad truth is, in other to see failure or defeat as your ally, you'll need to engage your thinker will all seriousness. The reason is, that the sensitive part of you will never mock you or having you feeling bad over an unaccomplished task or job.

Below are a few points of mine regarding this topic;

  • Practice Inner Courage:

Truth is before you break out of the box, it'll be ideal that you're inside one. This is what many fail to understand, it's understandable that we're so caught up in the old same technique of reasoning while failing to, first of all, take a look around us and our situation.

If you aren’t in a groove that results from a fluid dance of your purpose and values in daily life, you are in a box.

A sign that you're in a box is: You crave different results but keep getting hit with the old same ones. This makes you feel stuck and probably lose your spark.

  • See Failure As An Experiment:

Don't forget what happens when you're stuck in one place. You'll keep finding yourself doing the same thing over and over again, and funny enough, they don't always work. That alone is already a big nudge to pull you down.

But it's always wise to look at the brighter side when things go the opposite. Sad truth is, failures are not bad; they are information givers.

To be continued...

Sort:

Truth. The only times that I have seen huge improvement in my life is when I stepped way outside my comfort zone. Stepping into the unknown is the hardest thing that one can do.
