As we journey through life, we tend to be constantly being bombarded by questions and setbacks about what we're lacking in life and how to live a worthy life.

Despite that, the feeling of completeness and wholeness has no business with reaching your outer goal. Rather, it's something that happens internally and is very personal.

That being said, what is a complete life? Here's a continuation of some points of mine pertaining to this topic. In case you missed my last article, please click HERE for part 1.

  • Choose empathy and self-guilt

Over time, we've been taught by either our teachers or tutors that the only way we can be successful or attain peace and happiness is if we learn to do things better than others.

How bout if, rather than so much focus and energy on the competition with others, we instead we essayed with compassion.

One crucial importance about empathy is the ability to remember that just as we are ech unique and special, we all connected with each other since we're all humans.

In summary, the ability to sincerely feel leniency for ourself and deep benevolence for others doesn't not only make our relationships and personal life better, it also have the potency to attract new relationships that are truly authentic and fulfilling.

  • Follow your heart

Studies shows that when we follow our heart by doing what we love and feel like, and do it in a state of flow, we derive lots of positive things not only happiness, but also greater triumph and achievement and overall well-being.

What you love has nothing to do with your career. It's not even a must to be good at it. Setting atside time for the things you love, with relatively no idea to where they can take you, can make a huge difference in your life.

In conclusion, doing more of what our heart tells us and what we love can also pave way to new hobbies orprofessions that can ultimately make our lives feel more complete and whole.
