Hola mis queridos amigos de steemit en mi publicación anterior me presenté ante ustedes y les comenté un poco sobre mis intereses y los temas que quiero compartir en la comunidad ahora quiero ilustrarlos con un poco de información importante en este articulo.
Nuestra piel.
¿Saben cual es el órgano mas grande que tenemos en nuestro cuerpo?, si, nuestra piel, a pesar de que muchas personas no lo consideren como un órgano, si lo es, y tiene funciones vitales para nuestro organismo, este órgano tiene una superficie aproximada de dos metros cuadrados y pesa alrededor de cinco kg en adultos, sus funciones mas destacadas son:
Protegernos, es capaz de seleccionar lo que es dañino para nosotros y rechazarlo como acciones de agentes químicos, penetración de gérmenes, quemaduras y golpes y permitir que lo beneficioso penetre en nuestro cuerpo.
Regula nuestro metabolismo impidiendo la salida de sustancias imprescindibles para nuestro organismo y eliminando todas aquellas que sean nocivas a través del sudor.
Permite que tengamos contacto físico con nuestro entorno a través de uno de nuestros sentidos, el tacto, todos los estímulos que son generados por medio de este sentido son enviados instantáneamente al cerebro, el cual decide como actuar en base al estimulo.

Sintetiza Vitamina D, absorbiendo del sol lo fundamental para que esta vitamina mantenga saludable nuestros huesos y tejidos óseos.

Hello my dear steemit friends, on my last post, I introduced myself to you and commented you a little bit about my interests and the topics that I want to share in the community, now I want to illustrate you with a little bit of important information.
Our skin.
¿Do you know which is the largest organ that we have in our body? yes, our skin, even though many people don't consider it as an organ, it is, and has many vital functions for our organism, this organ has an approximate area of two square meters and weighs about five kg in adults, its most destacated functions are:
Protect us, is able to select what is harmful for us and reject it, like actions of chemical agents, germ penetration, burns and blows and allow the beneficial things to penetrate our body.
Regulates our metabolism, preventing the exit of essential substances for our organism and eliminating those that are harmful through sweat.
Allow us to be in pshysical contact with our environment through one of our senses, the touch, all the stimuli that are generated through this sense are sent to the brain, which decides how to act according to the stimuli.
Regulates our body temperature, protecting us from the ambient temperature changes.
Synthesizes Vitamin D, absorbing from the sun the essential so that this vitamin keeps healthy our bones and bone tissues.
