How to face fear and be courageous in Life

Some people are very anxious in life and are fearful all the time. This leads to anxiety, high blood pressure and many other problems. Below are some points which have helped me personally to deal with fear:

  • Know your Fear

  • Accept your Fear

  • Know that you are Not Alone

  • Try to be Curious

  • Engage Yourself in a Busy Life

Also the most important thing that helps me keep peace: "Universe is sooo big that relatively we human beings are literally irrelevant, then why to take so much tension. Just chill off, enjoy life and move on" :) Hope you have a great day :)!
