Good evening my dear friends, in the previous post I talked about marriage, and I started by saying that: "One of the most controversial topics in conversations of young people is the one about marriage". Today I want to talk to you about the antonym of that topic, because if it is true, that marriage is a relationship of union of two people of different sex, it should be, that the union will last forever, that is, until death separates them . But reality is different and as human beings we are, we make mistakes. Errors that lead to discrepancies, causing in many cases the rupture of that relationship, allowing for divorce.
The divorce begins with separation of bodies, that is to say, interruption of fact or of law, product of discrepancies or differences that become routine, arriving totally at the incompatibility and finalizing in the rupture of the matrimonial bond. This fact, and in many cases has occurred, can be overcome, only that we must resort to tolerance, understanding and mutual agreement, seeking specialized help from a recognized psychologist in the area.
This situation of divorce is very depressing, for the children of the conjugal union. Which must understand the reasons of the parents and try to achieve emotional balance.
Among the possible causes that lead to divorce we can enunciate the following:
a.- Adultery on the part of one of the members of the couple.
b.- Voluntary abandonment of the home, not complying with the duties, depending on the member of the couple who committed the decision.
c.- Physical or verbal abuse, usually by men towards women.
d.- The imprisonment of one of the members of the couple.
e.- Addiction to drugs, alcohol or other.
f.- Due to severe psychiatric illness. Even when the couple must share the good and bad times, when these cases occur, legally the other member can apply for a divorce, considering that his partner is disabled for health reasons.
When the divorce arrives in the marriage, many legal arrangements take place, to which the couple must appear. To my personal opinion, one of these calls that produces more traumas to the family group, is the loss of the right of parental authority over the minor children.
It is unfortunate that in our society divorces are often observed, without cause or reason, and that it only seems that they have taken the marriage as a business. And the worst case, sometimes, as a means of capital multiplication.
