Totally agree, it reminds me something close to that about: "playing"
It is no wonder that many employers choose to take the workers out for days of consolidation and fun. During these days, the employees experience various activities and games that increase their motivation and abilities. Since playing time is not a wasted time. This is a good exercise for improving the tools and abilities specially these day that we spent a lot of time in front of computers displays...:-)
