SCHOOL STARTS AGAIN TODAY ......
In the Netherlands we have 6 weeks of in the summer, well we, not we but the kids. TODAY ITS THAT TIME AGAIN! The alarm was set on 7 oclock, and now they have school again. We had fun but its time to get back into the normal tred of things again. School, sports and normal bedtime routines. The kids have their bags, breadbox, gym shoes and they are off. Its back to normal and regular days. Its been a great summer, bring on the last 4 months of 2019
I was also thinking how easy children adjust to situations, for instance on a holiday or free time, new bed arrangements and to new surroundings, and even different countries with different rules and food. Well mine are, they are all really easy travellers. But isnt that the way you want your offspring to evolve? This world needs people that adapt easy in the various situations life takes them and us. The world is changing, the blockchain is changing, economies change and preperations are needed.
Like today both are going to new classes and with all new tools to learn. The oldest two go to college, one in the Netherlands and one in Spain. We are proud that we manage to get them all to be world citizens and well adapt, and intriged by the unknown. You never know what Will be in the near future so enjoy every second you have guys, life just goes to fast. A new month and the last quarter of 2019 is starting so lets do this .......

Good point and an important point - how kids can adjust fairly easily to new situations and to have them be quite capable of adjusting to all the many situations life throws at us!
Yes i need to try to make them into beautiful worldly people and we Will do our utmost ! And together with love i hope they Will be ready for the rest of their life

Time goes by so fast and next thing you know they are in college already. I salute you in getting your children to study in other countries. My daughter just started college and I would do the same if I had the means. Anyway I am sure they are on their way to great heights and amazing experiences in life. Cheers!
Hi watersnake indeed the great heights and being happy thats what every parent wants. And she is in an Exchange program for 5 months and on a Scolarship so its for all students who want to and have great grades
Welcome back to the routine! We are also slowly getting there... it's a bit of a change to the holiday routine... but somehow, quite nice and comforting as well!
Yes the normal daily is great aswell ! And the learning is needed
I totally feel you for the first time that it's time for school to start.. Although mine is just starting preschool since last Monday, the month August was a long one, and I was seriously counting down until it was september 2nd :)
It also didnt help that she refused potty training until the week before school.. but we managed to get it done within 6 days, and she also has brought home her first cold caught at school (home since yesterday with a fever ..)
New phase, so cool, and a lot more time for me soon! Probably not before Monday though haha
